Helene, you little... stinker? 

We have some callbacks! In the second panel, Helene is remembering all the way back to Chapter 1, when the Archaic Slumber's Mace slipped through Cyrus's fingers.

In panel 3, it's a flashback to this page from Chapter 3, when Helene realized that Cyrus did not have the ability to banish ghosts to the Orinthope. In-universe facts time! Mediums usually do have the power to open a way to the Orinthope. Helene expected that if Cyrus invoked the Orinthope in her name, he'd be able to banish a ghost there. Obviously, it didn't work - and Cyrus eventually discovered his own way to open a path.
